The Department of Food and Drug (University of Parma) hosted seminar by Dr. María Celeste Palena from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (Argentina) on “Polyelectrolyte complexes: a versatile drug delivery platform”. Dr. Palena, Visiting Researcher of the Department, spent a secondment working on ex vivo models.
